Brittney Samphon

Brittney Samphon is the firm’s legal assistant. She has been with the firm since 2022. Brittney works with clients in preparing U nonimmigrant visa certifications, advance parole, parole in place, and manages potential new clients. She is meticulous, and highly responsible. She is the daughter of immigrants from Cambodia and she is fluent in Khmer and has a strong working understanding of French. She earned her degree in communications major from the University of Utah.
