- E1 — First Preference (priority workers)
- E2 — Second Preference (advanced degree holders and people of exceptional ability)
- E3 — Employment Third Preference (other workers)
- E4 — Fourth Preference (certain special immigrants)
- E5 — Immigrant investors
Each of these classifications is based on complex criteria. We have experience with non-immigrant employment visas, and we can help you.
If You Have Money to Invest, You May be Eligible for an EB-5 Investor Visa
For foreign nationals who have money to invest, the EB-5 investor visa is a great tool for coming into the country. If you have $500,000 to $1 million to invest, and your investment will create at least 10 new jobs for U.S. citizens or permanent residents, you might be eligible for an EB-5 visa, which would allow you to obtain a green card for yourself and your family.
